Black Cow is the world’s first Pure Milk Vodka. Made from what is left over from milk when making cheese, it has an exceptionally smooth and creamy character. Sip neat, or mix in a long drink or cocktail.

Black Cow is an innovative vodka created from what is left over in the milk after making cheese. A zero-waste combination. ​

The milk is separated into curds and whey. The curds are used to make cheese (our Black Cow Deluxe Cheddar amongst others) The whey is fermented into a milky beer using a special yeast which converts the milk sugars into alcohol, that beer is then distilled and treated to our very own blending process, before being finished and hand bottled on the farm.​
