Domaine Chantemerle Chablis

Chablis is a place and it’s always 100% Chardonnay from Burgundy. What makes Chablis ‘Chablis’ is the soil. A very high calcium soil that gives an almost chalky quality to the wine. Dry with bright fruit notes, it pairs well with just about everything. Very light oak. And please don’t say you hate Chardonnay until you’ve tried a good Chablis.
