Kinsip Sour Cherry bitters are hand crafted in Prince Edward County, made with local Ontario sour cherries, and lightly sweetened with local honey.  Add to your next Manhattan, whiskey sour, or to contrast smoky or savoury gins, mezcals, and vermouth forward drinks.
