Strength and delicateness can co-exist.
You know we love a good heritage story. The roots of Saint James Rum go back to the year 1765 when the first Rum was distilled at “Habitation Trou Vaillant” in Martinique. Back in the day, it was exported to North America where it was known under the name of Rhum Saint James. Eventually, Paulin Lambert purchased “Habitation Trou Vaillant” and registered the Saint James brand with its famous square bottle. In 2015, Plantations Saint James celebrated its 250th anniversary. Now, that’s impressive.
Saint James Agricole Imperial Blanc Rhum is their White Rum that brings together strength with intense aromas yet it manages to stay wonderfully delicate. That’s according to Marc Sassier, their oenologist, but we must agree. Bold, smooth, and warm, this sipper brings mostly fruity, floral, and slightly spicy aromas and flavors. Savor it neat, on the rocks, or in a Rum-based cocktail.
