WD O’Connell From Clare To Here Vol. 2 Single Malt

Following the success of WD O’Connell’s first collaboration with Western Herd Brewery, they’re back with another of their greatest hits – From Clare To Here, Volume II. This very limited single cask has influences from ex-bourbon & stout casks, and at 54%, it has all the character of Volume I. For this release, Daithi & team popped the spirit into a Rhum Agricole cask for 16 months, adding a new dimension to this crowd-pleaser. Enjoy!
